WRT160NL: MAC filter addresses disappear from list

    I've got a WRT160NL with the original shipping firmware "1.00.01 B15"

I have been using the MAC address filter successfully for a few months, but I began to notice devices unable to connect to the router, intermittently. I've seen that the list of permitted MAC addresses is being corrupted, that is some of them are "going missing". And obviously, as a result, those devices are unable to connect.

    e.g. MAC list: 11:11:11:11:11:11, 22:22:22:22:22:22, 33:33:33:33:33:33, 44:44:44:44:44:44, 55:55:55:55:55

A few days later, without any router configuration being made, the list becomes, say:

    11:11:11:11:11:11, 22:22:22:22:22:22, 33:33:33:33:33:33, 55:55:55:55:5

and device 44:44:44:44:44:44 can no longer connect.

If I correct the list by adding back in the lost entries, it seems to work for a while. However, within a few days or a couple of weeks, the same thing happens, although it might be a different address or addresses which disappear.

Has anyone else seen this happen?

    Any tips/advice to fix it?

For now I've simply disabled the MAC address filter, because it seems to be unreliable.

I should add that the router is normally powered up each morning and powered off each evening.
