WRT350N and Wireless Dropouts + Speed

I was wondering if anyone else has had this issue.

I have my chipped xbox connected to my router via a cable which I use to play avi's on my server which is connected to the router via wireless.

The server is in the back garden, all in all about 25 foot away form the router. The router is beside the window, so the signal just has to go through a double glazed window and a wooden shed wall, not much at all.

The server's network card is a Linksys WMP300N and the fastest speed I've managed to get is about 6MB/ps, average 1.5 MB/ps which is very disappointing to say the least! - Even when set to N Only mode!!

I set the server to ping the xbox and the router while watching a film and here's the results.

I was using the current Linksys Firmware but upgraded yesterday to the 1.05.8beta and the dropouts have cut down a lot, only once yesterday compared to about 10 every evening.

The router is in mixed mode with all default or auto options set. I've tried changing the channels but this has had no effect.

    Edited
Just uploaded the below images to show my wireless configuration.

    NIC 1
    NIC 2
    NIC 3

    Any input would be great.

No, not yet, did download it tho, so might give it a go later on, didn't cut out last nigth at all which was great, but the speed is still very slow :(

Anyone used the Talisman 1.2.4 on the WRT350N yet, any good?
