    Hello all,
I have two WRT54G wireless routers. One is stationed in the living room and is wired to the cable modem functioning as a gateway. I would like to use the other upstairs as one of my roommates wishes to wire directly into something in lieu of adapting his desktop to wireless. Can this be done? How?

    Both routers are v5.0

With DD-WRT in "client bridge" mode on the second WRT you can receive the wireless signal from the first and distribute the link to all the plugged PC's...
