WRT54g Dual wan IPSs that must have own MAC

I have searched google and this site but as I am not exactly how best to search, I haven't been able to find a solution.

I have a client that has a WRT54G V2 with dd-wrt 22 loaded. His (Telus - BC. Canada) ISP gave him 2 static IP but in order to enable both IPs they must each have a unique MAC address as this is the way their DSL works. As I understand this, first I have to setup a vlan between port 1 and the WAN port which I have done and I also was able to setup the IP on both ports. The part I am having problems with is the MAC address. I am new to linux and thus I am not sure if this can be done and how to do it. As I want to learn, where can I find information on the backend configuration ? Also, I would appreciate any input or advice.

If this cannot be done, we are looking at the Linksys RV042 and Netgear FVS124G with both have dual wan ports and I assume, will do what we need.
