Hi folks. Sorry if that has been addressed, but a search of the forums for "h.323" didn't really reveal an answer.
I am trying to get a Uniden UIP300 H.323 VOIP phone to work behind a WRT54G router.
The behavior is that I get no dial tone, hoewever the phone will ring on incoming calls, but the I cannot hear the inbound audio. The caller can, however hear my outbound audio. So basically it appears that some inbound traffic is not making it to the phone.
My first attempt at this simply involved forwarding all the appropriate ports , I.E. 1720, etc to the phone. When that didn't work, I just put the phone on the DMZ. When THAT didn't work, I just hooked the phone straight to the cable modem. That worked. So the router is the culprit.
Apparently DMZ is not really DMZ on this router.
Anyone have any experience with making an H.323 device work on this router?
    Different firmware perhaps?
    My router is v2.2. I am currently running Hyperwrt 2.1b1 + Thibor15c.

    Thanks much,
