Ok, this is stupid. My home network has worked fine for the last year. I have a WEP enabled, shared key, WRT54G. The ethernet connection has no problems. The wireless connection comes and goes as it pleases. This started the other day after a friend tried to get on with his wireless notebook. I gave him the key and the logon screen accepted it but made no connection. After he left, my 2 wireless notebooks (which never had a problem) could not maintain a connection for any amount of time. I reconfigured the router and it has not helped. Linksys tech said my configuration was fine and to try different channels. So far this has not helped. I can't figure out how another computer trying to logon can screw up a router. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. Jeff
