WRT54G Multiple Static WAN IPs

I'm using comcast cable with a motorola surf board modem and the WRT54G router attached. It appears that comcast assigns its 'dynamic' ip addresses by associating them to MAC addresses. I have 5 ip addresses available from comcast. I have 3 computers attached to the router normally. If I disconnect the router and directly connect 1 of the computers, I get a different wan IP address for that computer. If I disconnect that computer and connect a different one directly, I get a different wan IP address. If I connect the router and connect the computers all of the computers get the same wan ip address.

If I use the MAC address cloning option on the router, I can change the wan IP address of the router, which is reflected to all the computers connected to the router.

Is it possible for the WRT54G to broadcast different MAC addresses for each of my 3 computers, allowing them to each have their own WAN ip address ?

I know how to assign a single static WAN ip to the router and I know how to assign static LAN ip addresses to my computers; but, I want to have multiple WAN ip addresses. The reason behind this is for yahoo chat. They block multiple voice connections from the same IP address.

I have read that I may need an additional switch connected between the cable modem and the router; but, since this router contains a built in switch, I hope it will allow me to do what I need to do.

    TIA

I have seen this question before, and I haven't seen an answer other than, throw in a switch or hub and connect the devices directly bypassing the 54g.

Thanks - that's what I gathered from what I had read here and other sites; but, just wanted to ask for myself.

    Thanks anyway
