I have a WRT54G that I have not used for about 3 months. I am currently using a Verizon broadband air card for my internet. I would like to use my WRT54G to broadcast the internet around my house. Is this possible? I thought I had everything done right, but the other computers are not seeing any signal and the router only has the Power, Ethernet 1-4 buttons, and the Internet button at the far right lit up. the DMZ and the WLAN are not lit up

yes, you can use a EVDO card but you need a peice of hardward to interface the EVDO card to you network. I use a KR1 router for the wireless interface then back to RV016 multi WAN router. The KR1 will take the place of your WRT54 in your example. The KR1 is a complete router just like the WRT54, just a slot for the EVDO card.

look around there are other router that do the same thing. Also there are a few adapters that will proived a slot for the EVDO card, then it give you one LAN out that you could hook to the WAN of WRT54. I have never used them but they are out there.
