WRT54G refuses connexions from another net ?

    Hello !

    I've got a WRT54G 2.2 with dd-wrt 23 and an ADSL2MUE.

Behind the WRT54G I have a few boxes connected through the builtin RJ45 sockets. Everything works fine for them. These boxes are all 192.168.1.x.

One of the box actually has a second net adapter to another network 192.168.2.x.

    Like this :

    ----------......192.168.1.x...............192.168.2.x
    |internet |----|WRT54G|
    ----------......| | |------|Router Box|---|---|Box|
    ................| |---|BOX|...............|----|Box|
    ................|---|BOX|.................|----|Box|
The dots are only here for alignment purposes. just ignore them. Only the dashes count.

I can ping every machine from every other, do FTP, access web servers and so on. So I assume the routing is correct between the 2 networks.

Problem is I can't get those damn 192.168.2.x boxes to the net. They can ping/browse the WRT54G but they won't go any further to the net.

I have the feeling the WRT54G is blocking the communication since everything is working correctly internally. But I'd appreciate a way of validating this assumption.

I have tried and deactivated all security features to no avail.

So where can I look ? I had a look at iptables in the WRT54G but didn't see anything. Now, I have never been that good at reading iptables.

    I'd appreciate any help !

    Thanks in advance
    Cheers !
