WRT54G setup x2

I have two WRT54G, both running Tomato Version 1.27 - let's call them ssidA and ssidB for now.

I have ssidA plugged into my cable modem and everything is running fast and tight. My first goal is to make ssidB a public hotspot for my neighbors/visitors/roommates but with very limited bandwidth. (leaving plenty for me on ssidA)

    So my first two questions:
Can I just plug in ssidB to the back of ssidA to connect it to the internet?
How do I throttle the bandwidth on ssidB? (I don't think throttle is the technical term, but you know what I mean)

    More questions to come! TIA

    Yes, you can do it.
Before plug wan-port of router B into network hub of router A you need change settings in router B - adress of router from 192.168.1.1 to other one. for example, 192.168.2.1 and address space for dhcp from 192.168.1.100-192.168.1.150 to 192.168.2.100-192.168.2.150.
After this when you plug cable from wan-port of router B into hub of router A all should work correctly.

Don't forget ask here how to tune up QoS and bandwidth control.
