Hi all, I could really use some help here...
I have a wired network using a D-Link di-604. I wanted to add a secured wireless connection to my laptop with WPA2 so i bought the WRT54G v5. my intention was to use the linksys as a access point, but i have some problems...
1- when i plug the linksys to the d-link, i cannot log in to the 192.168.1.1, it won't connect... i can see it if i plug directly to the laptop. but when i go and change the router to disable the DHCP on the linksys, i can never log back in, unless i reset the linksys.. this is very annoying...
2- can the linksys be plugged in to the existing router and be used as a simple access point with WPA2 security? if so, PLEASE help in direction how to...
    Thanks,
    YBZ
