Hey guys thanks for checking out my topic.

My problem is that the router works, but give it about 1 or 2 hours and the internet is disconnected. I am unsure of what the problem is. I can get the internet back if i restart the router so I know its not a connectiong with the internet issue.

I know there have been some issues with Mac OSX and the router, but it seems that whenever my roommates turns on his computer from being shutddown he cannot get internet either.

    Thanks

I got EXACTLY the same problem but with my WRT54GS. Really annoying. This just happened in the last 2 months.

I'm having a similar problem right now. Basically when I reset the router my connection will be fine for a few hours and then it gets really slow and unresponsive. I don't know how to explain it, it isn't really lag. Basically it takes a long time to "connect" to anything but once I'm connected to it, everything is non-laggy. For example, it'll take a few minutes to connect to AIM but once I'm on it'll be running perfectly. Basically, it gets annoying when web browsing. The only solution I've found so far is to restart the router and then it'll be normal for a few hours. What's wrong?
