wrt54g v5.0 wireless range

    I´ve got a WRT54G V5.0 router and i´m having some trouble in the wireless signal range.

    I guess the router and the device are near the max possible wireless range because the device logs to the router nicely but looses the connection a few hours later.

    Could someone knows if the DD-WRT Micro FW have any settings to increase the wireless power transmission?

    Actually that 2 "extra" features that i need are:

    1) Increase wireless power transmition above the default used by Linksys FW;
    2) A DYNDNS client to update the IP.

    Thanks very much for the help.

    not sure about the dyndns client (don't have a micro right know)... but I know it has the Xmit Power option... so, at least you will be able to boost some signal.

    Get your own brand new WRT54GL w/
