WRT54G V5 Access Restrictions is killing me

I have two daughters and would like to use Access Restrictions rules with MAC addresses to "Allow" them internet access everyday during the week from 7-9pm and weekends 8-10pm plus block access to xanga.com or whatever. Sounds pretty simple huh? I have been working on this for the past three months with no success. The router will block xanga.com sometimes but will not prevent them from getting on the net outside the hours I set in the rules.

I can easily set up rules to "Deny" access but this requires at least two rules for the weekday and two for the weekend AND takes away my ability to do the website blocking stuff.

So, if anyone can tell me the proper way to set this up I would be very grateful. BTW, I enabled "Wireless MAC filtering" and have their addresses entered for "Permit only PCs listed to access the wireless network". I tried without this enabled with the same results.

Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
