Hello everyone, I'm thinking of buying a new router, but I want to see if I can fix this problem before I go out and spend the money. I noticed that once in a while, the connection on both my wired desktop and wireless laptop (both running Windows XP), the connection would "hiccup" only for a second and cause me to get disconnected from whatever game I was playing, MSN Messenger, etc. The connection would be fine a moment later, but it's especially annoying when gaming. Somehow, I noticed that this happens exactly when my brother connects wirelessly with his Vaio laptop, which is running XP. I'm using firmware version 126.96.36.199, June 7, 2007. Any ideas as to what could be the cause of this? My apologies if there's any information I forgot to provide.
