Thank you very much to Jeremy (db90h) and his WRT54G-GS v5-v6 flashing page.

I've successfully flashed several WRT54G v5 using his techniques.

Now I have 2 upgraded routers that must go into the same site. Unfortunately they have the same MAC.

I've tried using the VxWorks Killer Image Tool but I can't get the killer CFE to take on an already Linuxed router. That is to be expected, no?

What is the recommended way for me to create new LAN, WAN and wireless MAC addresses on one of the upgraded routers?

Using a command line, enter 'nvram set et0macaddr=xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx' and 'nvram commit' and 'reboot'...

    Thanks. Works a treat.

Small thing - any way to make this change persist through resets?
