Problem is obvious solution not so much so. Either something is the aircraft or the engine itself is creating a really big EM field thats causing the router havoc and is made even worse because of the metal hanger reflecting everything around. Now the only 2 options at this point to narrow it down. First you need to determine if the EMF is affecting the router itself or causing so much interference that its getting in via the antenna. A shielded box that only has enough room to let the antenna out would work well, if thats not an option you could move the router outside of the there there is a metal wall between it and the inside and then figure out a way to use an external antenna. Either way whatever you do you are going to have to shield the router from the EMF.
