Hi all :) Hopefully one or more can help me out here with this setup or any good suggestions for other way to set it up.

I have been searching and reading around to find a way to set up my WRT54G as a Wireless Bridge together with my Zyxel Modem/W-lan router. I have been reading about a FW called HyperWRT as this seems to be the FW i should use to make this happen. Problem is that i dont find it anywhere, links are either broken or im getting routed to other pages etc. :(

The setup i wish to have is :

    Living room:
Zyxel is connected to Internet - 1PC connected Wireless and one media box Wired to the Zyxel ( So far so good :) )

Data room: Linksys Router (as a Bridge Wireless to Zyxel) and 2 desktops & 1 media box/NAS connected wired to the Linksys.

Reason i want this is basically because i dont have wireless adapter in the desktops and i had this WRT54G laying around so hopefully i dont need to buy any equipment :)

    Thanks

http://www.linksysinfo.co.uk/thibor/ is the final version of HyperWRT, which was popular because very stable and features a simple extension of the Linksys Web GUI.

I'm sure Tomato/dd-wrt now able to do what you want with new web GUIs / extra features.
