I have a WRT54G v2.0 that i have set up to get the internet from an accesspoint in my office. I also have need to connect to another lan without letting that lan connect to the internet. My setup is as follows 148.xx.xxx.x on vlan2 contains port 4, 192.168.x.x on vlan0 contains ports 1 2 3 5 then the WIFI is on vlan1 vlan0 is also part of br0. I need vlan0 to have access to the internet and vlan2, while having vlan2 able to access vlan0 but not the internet. I would also like to have vlan2 obtain an address for the router via DHCP if possible. my current settings will allow vlan0 to the internet but i can not access vlan2. Also note that the router can ping the addresses on vlan2. If this doesnt make any sense, please feel free to let me know. I was following a rather confusing thread to get this far which left me hanging and then fell off topic.
