I'm having an issue with getting the Automatic DHCP to work with Roger's Yahoo! internet. I can plug the modem directly into my laptop and access the internet that way. I can also access the LAN through wireless fine as well. The problem lies in the fact that under the 'Status' option, the address fields are empty, meaning the router cannot get an IP address from the modem. I tried to clone my PC's MAC, but that didn't work. I updated the firmware, no avail. Roger's is a cable provider, and so PPPoE does not apply, as Automatic DHCP should be the only option. Anyone on this same boat? Is this just the router for some reason? I've tried with 2 different ethernet cables, so I don't think it is them. Any other suggestions?
