This router is working fine, connecting 6 computers and one Lexmark C543dn Network Printer. The printer, which also works fine, is set to fixed IP 192.168.1.107. In order to sign up for Lexmark Rewards program, they run a web software program that is supposed to find and identify the printer. It reports that it is unable to find a printer. Is there a setting in the router that could be blocking the search? How can I change it temporarily until this signup is complete? Thanks for any help. I got none from Lexmark after 42 minutes on the phone.
