WRT54GS minimum transmit power and overload point

    Hi all,
I am trying to figure out what is the minimum allowed transmit power of the LinkSys WRT54GS.

I am planning to use two 24 dBi parabolic antennas for a 340 meters wireless bridge and to set the two WRT54GS boxes to the minimum allowed transmit power, in order to take the most advantage of the high gain antennas and keep the signal as clean as possible.

But I am afraid that the signal level at such 'short' distance could be too 'powerful' and overload the WRT54GS receivers.

Do you know what is the overload point?

Do you think I should get smaller parabolic antennas?

BTW, there are a couple of oak trees in the LOS.

    Thanks a lot.
