Hey Guys... I've been having this problem for several months now... It's been driving me crazy:

Around a year ago, I subscribed to this wireless broadband internet service. They basically dropped by, put up a receiver, connected it to my pc via the LAN card and verified it by "logging in" to their domain via a web browser. Worked fine and dandy. Then I recently got a WRT54GS router. This allowed my two other PCs to access the internet while mine was physically connected to the router . Worked fine for about two months. Connection was great... I was enjoying an internet connection everywhere at home... Downstairs. In the bathroom.... Then all of a sudden, stuff happen.

Without me changing any of the default settings on the router, my other two computers were suddenly unable to access the router. They totally would not establish a conenction with the router. So I tried everything. Now, the other two computers can access the router, but they get cut off like every 5 to 10 minutes at random. I really do not understand what's going on....

Any help would be a appreciated. You have my deepest thanks.

you say you have default settings on the router, so this would indicate you have an open wireless cell. no encryption, and default SSID. I would strongly suggest you have a look at the WebGUI to see if someone outside your house has logged into your router and changed something. or you have outside interference from someone that lives near you that is transmitting on the same channel as you.
