Yesterday I upgraded my WRT54GS v6 to DD-WRT micro and it's been rock solid since! Thanks to Shawn for the tutorial.

I'd like to boost the signal but it seems the micro version doesn't have this option. Am I correct?

What signal - the wireless? If so, go somewhere around the "Wireless > Advanced Settings", and look for TX Power.

Ah yes! There it is! With this many tabs and settings I was a bit overwhelmed.

    Thanks for the direction.

I tried to put dddwrt micro on my wrt54gs version 5 and messed it up. I did everything right except put in the admin password, then i kinda panicked and pulled the power as the router was taking a very long time. Now the power light just flashes. Can you advise me?

You took the power during flashing ? It's that you're trying to say ?

Search this forum for "debrick router" or similar terms.
