    Hey guys,
I have an issue that has become a real problem as of late. I have a wrt54gs v1. It works great but from time to time I cannot access the internet on any of the computers whether wireless or wired to the router. I have had this issue with the Satori, Alchemy, and now the DD-WRT v23 SP2 software. I did find a link in these forums about changing the udp Timeouts and max available ports. That seemed to almost clear up all my problems. I am now down to having to re-boot the modem only 1 time a day as opposed to numerous times.

When this happens i can access the setup on the modem and the router, and my cable company is able to ping the router with no issues.

I have contacted my ISP and they say there are no outtages and it has to be the router. My max ports are now 4096 and TCP/UDP Timeouts are set at 90.

Is there anything else I can adjust that might resolve my problem?

    Any help would be appreciated.

    try V23 SP3 or V24 Release Candidate 1,2 or 3

Was this a common problem with version 23 sp2?

You can stop running whatever torrent you are running for a couple days to see if that fixes it. Once determined if an application is the cause or not you can move forward in determining what the actually problem or setting is.
