WRT54GS v5 Flash problem

Hello, I think I've got this in the right forum. I followed the directions here to flash my WRT54GS v5 (CGN7) to DD-WRT. All appeared to work fine, and I didn't have time to finish configuration of the wireless, so I waited about 15min and unplugged it.

Ever since, it will turn on, flash the power light for 5-10 seconds, and then the power light and the switch LEDs will just remain lit. It will not respond to pings. I searched these forums and found nothing that appeared to be the same problem. Any ideas?

can you ping the router on powering up of the router?

manuall set your PCs IP to 192.168.1.2 subnet 255.255.255.0 gateway 192.168.1.1

now power off the router. then open a command prompt window. type:

    ping -t 192.168.1.1

and power on rooter. if it can be pinged for about a few seconds then you can reflash the router using tftp and the firmware using the same power off/power on sequence, seding the file via tftp when router is booting up.

It doesn't appear so. Just consistent 'request timed out's.
