I've had my laptop running on my WRT54GS router for about 6 months. Today I started my lap up and it wouldn't connect to the internet. When I open view wireless connections there is none. I've rebooted the lap the router"reset" modem. I can't figure out if it's the wireless card on the lap or the router. The green light is on on the WLAN on the router . Any sugestions?thanks

How about the software on the laptop that monitors the wireless connection? Does it see your wireless access point?

I think you said that you can't, didn't quite understand your post exactly.

If you can't see it, you shoudl connect to the router with an ethernet cable and log into the management interface to see what it says. It may give a hint.

You can also take your Laptop out to Starbucks or somewhere you know has a wireless AP to test and see if your card is working.

Let me know how you make out with those steps.
