WRT54GSv7 can't forward any ports..

Hey guys! I read this forum frequently but I've run into a problem that has totally stumped me. I can't seem to open any ports at all on my Linksys WRT54GS. I've tried portforward.com etc. I'm fairly savvy with this forwarding thing since I've done it many times on an older router that's now borked. I am 100% sure there is no firewall software running and windows firewall is disabled. I've forwarded ports on my router, enabled DMZ and even forwarded a range of ports to no avail. My cable modem is a Motorola sbv5220. I've called Time Warner.. (Paying for 7down, 500up) and they've assured me they aren't blocking any ports. I've even downloaded some custom firmware for my router to see if that would fix the problem, but I've had zero luck so far.. oh, yes I've set up static ip's for all the computers on this network, which are 3.

Any other suggestions? This is really starting to be a pain in the butt..

    Thanks in advance, guys.
