Hello. I've had this router for a while now and it's worked great for a long time. I used it in my old apartment for months with my PC connected with wire and my fiance's laptop connecting wirelessly. There was always slightly lower performance for her but that was to be expected. For the past few months, we've been renting a room with a family member while waiting for our new place to finish being built and things were still fine. I connected with wire, she used wireless, plus another computer was added that also was wired. A few weeks ago, I moved my PC around and just went ahead and used wireless instead of trying to run the ethernet cable to another room. For a few weeks, it worked fine for both of us. But for some reason, about 3 days ago, it all of a sudden started going extremely slow.

For example, we play an online game and our network FPS are high (no change) and inbound loss is zero but our roundtrip times have gone from a few hundred ms at the most to consistently over 1000. Everything responds in the game without lag and the only noticable thing is when I click a command, it takes 2-3 seconds for a response. I upgraded firmware and thought that it was working (because it was back to normal for about 24 hours) and then last night it went right back to that.

Anyway, sorry for extended post. Does anyone have any guesses to why this is happening? It just seems that it's taking extra time for the computer to send information back to the router. Both of our computers are in the same room and having same issue so it's probably not our computer. If no one knows the problem, does anyone have any suggestions for a work-around or something I can buy/change to improve performance?

    Thanks for your time
