WRT55AG and Nortel Contivity VPN Client

    Good morning all ~

Running into a problem with the WRT55AG router. I had my sister by this router for her home office this past weekend. Everything is working great (even got the Tivo thing to work), except for her VPN client into her corporate office. Corporate is using Nortel's Contivity for their VPN client.

I have enabled vpn passthrough, and port forwarded port UDP 10001 and UDP 500 to her computer. I am assuming the IP 50 and 51 is enabled with the VPN passthrough portion. I assigned a static address and her laptop is hardwired into the router. For some reason I have a bad feeling it won't connect due to reverse NAT transversal. I.E. I think it is hitting corporate's server, but the authentication from that server back to my sisters is being dropped at the router. I am only speculating here as I do not have access to the log files on their side to verify that it is actually hitting there.

Does anyone know if there is firmware out there that will activate reverse NAT transversal? I ran into this problem on my own network using a soho3 but fixed it with a firmware upgrade. Any other ideas beyond my theory of the reverse NAT? Any help would be appreciated.
