If I don't reboot the machine, it cut's off the internet connections, also doesn't give out any DHCP addresses anymore.

I can pull the plug once a day, but it's not something I want to have to do. Does anyone have an Idea why this could be happening? Could it have anything to do with the two VPN tunnels I'm trying to make (without success so far)?

I have no file sharing utilities running, what I do use is the following

-Netgear SPH200D Skype Telephone (Constant Skype connection)
    -XBox 360
-Laptop connecting to the office via PPTP controlled from the office using VNC

I also noticed, that the laptop can't access internet sites when connecting via PPTP, but I guess that's normal.

Well, same with me, I have two WRV200s connected via IPSEC VPN.

I went to HomeDepot and baught two power cyclers to reset them every night.

Now that is a nifty idea .. Now I know where to go if after this upgrade to 1.0.38 this need evolves ..
