WRV200 Firewall Access Restrictions

I recently bought a WRV200 to replace my previous wireless router. I was sure whilst I was investigating different routers and examined the WRV200 that the firewall access restrictions gave more options than I now see having received mine. The things that appear to be missing are:

    1. I can only select a single IP address for the firewall rule and no option to use a MAC address. I was sure that a range could be selected as well as MAC address.

    2. The list of blocked services is quite short. I was sure there was an option to define your own services.

    3. The port field only allows 5 characters to be entered. I was sure a range of ports could be entered.

Can someone tell me if I'm imagining things or whether perhaps these options were in an earlier firmware. Mine came with 1.0.13 but one of the first things I did was upgrade it to 1.0.24.

P.S. I tried search to see if this had been discussed before but without success, apologies if it has.

Comparing the manuals of the WRV200 and for example WRT54G, it seems the access restrictions of the WRV200 are far less configurable. Am I right?

Is this likely to change in future firware revisions?
