WRV200 or WRT54GL?

Please forgive my newbie-ism. I searched the forums for a similiar thread and can find nothing that relates to my question, which I'm getting too...

Im interested in buying a linksys router and I narrowed it down to the WRT54GL and the WRV200, which are similiar in price. Im leaning more towards the WRV200 because it newer and seems to have numerous features that the WRT54GL does not have. But, I know the WRT54GL has a lot of 3rd party support and is more popular (Does it also have mroe RAM?). However, I don't pretend to know much about wireless networks, so all the extras that the WRV200 has impress me though I don't know exactly what they do 8O
I know that whichever one I end up buying will be a good decision, but I just want to make sure I make the best decision. Any info you guys can enlighten me with will be much appreciated. Thank you!

Here's a link at dslreports for starters:

My post is at the bottom.

If you need anymore info, go over to the WRV54G/RV0X forum on this site and you'll see the discussion going on with the folks who've already received their WRV200. As always, there are the expected glitches with a new product, but it's proving to be solid in all of the "right" areas (wireless vlan separation, vpn client and site-to-site connection, passing GRE, NAT-T). All the things I listed about the WRV200 comes stock and there's enough memory for 3rd party firmware (hint, hint, get cracking somebody...).

Here's a thread one of the CISCO guys posted about his being able to connect a WRV200 to a CISCO PIX 501:

I've been out of the WRT54G home user mode since the WRV54G came out, but the WRV200 is the "finished version" of the WRV54G, and it's hot (oh yessss).
