WRV200 - strange light blinking

One of my WRV200 routers does not seem to work very well. The problem is it works in most cases, but it does strange things from time to time.

There is one possibly harmless issue visible on the first sight. The LAN port 1 light blinks in exactly the same rate as the Internet light does. But, while internet light goes on and off, the LAN 1 light just changes it's brightness. The other router in my posession does not show the same effect. So, I do believe something is wrong with the "blinking one".

I can not replicate any of the other issues on demand, but there are a few I have noticed.
    - LAN ports are locking themselves, it is necesary to reboot the router to clear the lock.
    - Router tends to reboot itself during booting another computer in the LAN. Probably DHCP lease renew issue of some sort.
    - Router reboots itself a few times in round, from time to time.
    - Router stops responding to the reset button. A power reset is necesary, in such a case.

Both routers are running 1.0.37 firmware, now. The "nonblinking one" seems to be much more stable. But, they are in different locations.

I'm wondering, if the "blinking" hardware is damaged.
