WRV200 to WRV200 VPN tunnel ?? Keep-Alive?

Hi! We have a client of ours setup currently with 2 WRV200's across the city from each other. The main office has a static IP and the remote office has a dynamic IP address. The problem is, every day or so the two locations stop talking to each other and the users have to unplug and plug back in the routers at both locations to get the tunnel to come live. Is there some kind of keep-alive option that I may be missing or is this just another fun Linksys bug? :( Thanks for the help!

There is a keep alive setting for the tunnel that you could enable, its worth a try but it also could be something the isp is doing. Where i did alot of testing with the wrv200 the tunnel would go down sometimes when there was no data going across for sometime, but as soon as data was sent it would come back up.

Where would I find the keep alive setting in there? The problem is when it times out, it never comes back alive again with just trying to start network traffic. It seems to require a reset. I wasn't sure if this was a known issue or not? I am running 1.0.32.2 on both routers. I was considering trying the beta firmware and seeing if that makes a difference...

I still own a wrv but it has not been in the network for sometime so i cant say if its an issue with newer firmware or not. The keep alive setting should be an option within the tunnel settings (unless it was removed).
