Hi

I´m trying to connect through a wireless connection to the internet but it´s not working.

My setup is:

- DSL modem/router:
Local IP: 192.168.0.1
Mask: 255.255.255.0
DNS on, DHCP off.
WAN IP and DNS as provided by my ISP

- Linksys WRV54G wireless router:
Local IP: 198.162.0.2
Mask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.0.1
DNS: 192.168.0.1

- Computer 1: network card
Local IP: 198.162.0.3
Mask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.0.1
DNS: 192.168.0.1

- Computer 2: wireless card,
Local IP: 198.162.0.4
Mask: 255.255.255.0
Gateway: 192.168.0.1
DNS: 192.168.0.1

The layout is:

dsl LAN cable
ISP ------ modem/router ------------- Computer 1
|
|LAN cable
|
WRV54G )))) wireless (((( Computer 2

The DSL modem/router and the WRV54G are connected through a standard cable plugged in port 1 of each router (WAN port on the WRV54G is not used right now)

The problem is: Computer 1 sees Computer 2, can share files, printers, etc. Computer 1 has access to internet, but Computer 2 doesn´t have. Why?

Any ideas?

Thanks!

By the way, pings are working, I mean, I can ping both routers and both computers from any computer, but no way pinging internet server from computer 2 (only tried with names, no IP addresses. DNS Problems?)
