Two Problems with my WRVS 4400N - Newest Firmware

    1. I use WallWatcher to track my router logs - it shows every time the router does an NTP check, it immediatly does a warm reboot/restart. I can send copies of the logs if necessary.

    2. VPN tunnel does not stay connected all day. But whenever I go to use it, it does an initiate on demand and works fine for that session.

One other weird thing (not the routers fault) - the logs show numerous unauthorized log in attempts. This started happening right after I loaded the newest version of Microsoft Onecare (I am using VISTA Ultimate). I suspect it is Network Discovery or UPNP related. Speaking of UPNP, I don't get the 'Gateway' icon in network devices with the newest firmware, this may be contributing to the problem.

    Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,
    John
