    Help!

I'm using a WRT54G as my firewall/router on a TW Cable connection. I have a PC wired to the router & a laptop that is wireless. Both connect to the network & access the internet fine.
I built a new HTPC with a Shuttle case & HAD to use a WUSB54AG to connect wirelessly. I can connect to the WRT54G router & see all of the shared files on the wired PC & laptop, but this WUSB54AG will not hit the internet.
I'm using DHCP on the router with IP's with a range of 100 - 104. I'm using WEP security & also MAC filtering. The WUSB54AG can hit the network. I also decided to use Windows XP (MCE 2005) to control my wireless access (like on the laptop that works fine). I also do not see ANY firmware upgrades on the Linksys site.
I called Linksys tech support & they were no help. I also do tech support for a living, but not a networking pro & I'm new to fairly new to wireless. I cannot figiure out what I'm doing wrong. Please help & thanx in advance!

    Help

Can I ask you a question. I can't get through to the internet and it looks like you accomplished the first part fine. I have the modem and router hooked up and it shows a good connection through my laptop wireless but I can't get any farther. I am running XP on my desktop and Vista on the laptop. I don't know much about this stuff so took all the defaults and the only thing I changed was the Wep security. Do I need to do anything with the laptop? Sorry to bother you when you need help but I am desperate.
