I got the signal, pretty good one 48mps ~ 54mps. IP address was assigned by router without problem. BUT, I still can't make the internet connection. Please give me your advise.

    This is my setting.
Windows XP SP1, Linksys WRT54GS as router, and WUSB54GS.
If there is anything unusual...this part may be the cause of my problem.
I didn't install the firmware. I was able to extract the driver to install, then used Windows network utility to set up the Wireless connection such as SSID, security, etc. I had to go this route, because the firmware was bringing all bunch of problems to my laptop including occasional blue screen.

Thanks in advance for your advise.

I'm having the same problem, though only when I use WPA-PSK with the Linksys Utility. If I use WEP it works fine, and if I disable the Linksys Utility I can use WEP or WPA-PSK with the Windows Utility. So far I haven't been able to find out the cause of the problem.

Check that if you have install the WLAN or Network monitor comes from the CD. If you're using Win Xp remove that network monitor & manually install the driver of XP from that CD. If you want to use WPA encryption check your Win XP if it has updated the patch if u're using SP1. For SP2 I think it can work fine for WPA.

It looks like turning SSID broadcasting did the trick. For some reason WPA-PSK and the Linksys Utility don't like the SSID not being broadcasted when using Talisman 1.04. It's no big deal since I use MAC filtering anyways, so broadcasting it has no effect.
