WUSB54Gv2 driver problem

    Hi,
I just recently bought a linksys wireless usb network adapter (WUSB54Gv2) and installed it on my Sony VAIO (PVC-RX821). After installing the wireless network adapter on my computer, anywhere from 10 minutes to and hour after my computer is turned on, my computer would go to a blue screen and say that the computer has has just recovered from a serious problem and the error message is always "DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL" and that the driver that is creating the problem is the WUSB54G.sys file which is the wireless usb adapter driver. My computer runs fine without the driver and my adapter runs fine on other computers that have XP. This has become a major problem for me and I was wondering if there is anyone that has gone through a problem is similar to this or if anyone might have a solution to this problem.
    Please let me know,
    Thank you

It's sad that this was posted back in Jan of 06; is there a solution? I'm experiencing the same issue.

    Please help, thanks.
