I got to spend this morning working from home - VPN tunnel into work with LOTS of X traffic through. Doing some load testing on some very graphcal stuff (HPOV).

I also have 2 VoIP adapters (hard wired to the WRT54G) with QoS enabled, another WRT54G (WDS node) and 8 wireless computers connected into the network. I have a cable modem with 5000/400 service.

Under load, at fairly frequent intervals (5 minutes) I will loose my internet connection. The router continues to function locally - I can still communicate with the other computers on the LAN as well as receive syslogs from the router. When I look at the routing table on the WRT54G, it seems my WAN route entries are gone. I can release and renew my routers public IP but the WAN routes are gone - hence no internet connectivity.

On a reboot of the router, the routes are back, for a while. If I manually re-enter the routes, everything is fine - again for a while.

I fell back to DDWRT 2.1c and the problem is gone

Any ideas?? Anyone else seeing this??
