I have a WRT54GS as my main router. I'd like to get a 2nd one for my Playstation2 (to play online) and bridge it somehow to my main WRT54GS in hopes to take advantage of them both being "Speedbooster". Or should I just get the Linksys Game Adapter (WGA54G) and be done with it? Would one setup be noticeably faster than the other? I know WRT54GS may not support WDS/Bridging out of the box but I'll take the time to set it up if it's worth it.

Why not keep thing simple? Use WRT54GL, set it for "AP client" mode. Turns it into big fat WiFi card. You can only attach one client to LAN port in this mode, but it sounds like that is all you want.

Works quickly, and for same money you have flexible piece of hardware that can be used for other purposes if you want to flash firmware and fiddle around.

For gaming purposes only the wireless gaming adapter works very well. It's not as fast as the solution mentioned by vincentfox but the bandwith caused by consoles for gaming are minimal compared to what wifi-g can do. So the wireless gaming adapter is very well able to handle the load.
