OK, I have a WRT54G v1.0 (as far as I can tell). The box says I have a WRT54G-UK. Anyway, I've been searching for an hour now for somewhere that will tell me which firmware I can use. I want to know specifically which versions I can and can't use. Can anyone tell me? The linksys website is as clear as mud. I've failed to find anything definitive here.

Also I tried to download Sveasoft Satori v4.0 For WRT54G (which says it's for v1.0) but the 'fetch it' button leads nowhere. Any ideas?

yes you can also ues sveasoft satori v4.0 but i am waiting for the public alchemy version to come out.

This firmware is for products sold in Europe only. If this firmware is used on any
other version of the routers, it can damage the router .this is what linksys release notes say. i am guessing you can use that firmware. but do it at your own risk.

i cant think of any firmwares right now but when i do i will let you know. try doing a google search for wrt54g firmwares.
