I'm using shibby's Tomato with version 117. Under BASIC -> Network, I have configured two networks:
    LAN : @ DHCP: -
    LAN1: @ DHCP: -
Under BASIC -> Static DHCP/ARP/IPT I have added several entries for devices in my LAN like my PC, Laptop, Printer, including one for my Android device with his MAC- and fixed IP-Address to

Everytime when my Android device connect, it becomes an IP-Adress from the second LAN1, instead of the first one (LAN). My static IP entry will be ignored completely. In the 'Devices List', I can see the same MAC-Adress from the Android device with a DHCP-IP like (from the second LAN).

(I tried to assign ' LAN (br0)' as Bridge to my interface 'eth1 (wl0)' in ADVANCED -> Virtual Wireless. But that doesn't seems to have any influence.)

Can please someone explain me what my configuration mistake could be?

your static lease should be outside the dhcp range. pls try <.10 or >.30
