Any known issues with Satori and bandwidth management?

I have bandwidth management enabled for ports 25, 110, 119, and 143. All those ports are set to low priority. However, when I do a newsgroups download with port 119 and run a bandwidth test, I see my download speed is 1/2, and my ping times are still poor while downloading. These are the same results observed while running the Linksys firmware.

I have 768/128 DSL so the results are noticable.

My question is simply this: Are there known issues with the bandwidth management feature and Satori? Does the feature work?

Thanks in advance for any and all advice.

i'm now using netmask and dropping priority via ip, however I see no problems with downloading NNTP, only the expected 5 to 10 percent max thruput loss. Pings average 40ms w/BW management, 150ms w/o. 1.2Mbs dl on a 1.5M/384 pipe. All computers on on low priority IP's

Satori 4 working just as advertised, and no rebooting to save settings either!

I think it's neccesary to enter about 90% of available bw in the uplink/downlink fields above the low priority settings.
