Anyone gotten Cisco VPN client to work?

    Has anyone gotten the Cisco VPN client to work with any of the linksys vpn products.

    Yes, make sure you have IPSEC passthrough enabled on your linksys. It's under the security tab and then VPN.


    Edit: location may vary on your linksys. That loc is for a WRT54G.

    Do you mean using it behind a Linksys router to connect to a Cisco PIX or using it to connect to a Linksys router? If it's the later then no it won't work.

    My bad on that one i know to be more specific, just because I am thinking it doesnt mean everyone else understands. Yes i am speaking specifially of connecting remotely to a linksys router with Cisco vpn client. Ok if thats not going to work, does anyone have any suggestions on what client might work with Cisco, Netgear and Linksys. Since each vpn client offering doesnt seem to play well together looks like i need to make one work with the others. Any direction on this one?

    how about Greenbow, NCP Seremo Client/Secure Entry Client, SSH Sentinel, SonicWALL. The cisco one is afaik propriatory
