Are all these disconnects related to the Linksys

    I went out a bought a DLINK 1310 just so that I could get internet back up and running on the LAN here. It may have had to reconnect twice in the 2 days it was in use.

    In the mean time I ordered a WRT54GL and got it today. Well I must of had 6 disconnects with it in the 5 hours that it was in use. When I clicked on the reconnect button in the web interface it would complain that it could not get an IP addr from the PPoE server at MTS, my ISP.

    So I decided to flash it with Tomato and everything seemed to be ok for about an hour and then it had about 5 disconnects within an hour on my PPoE connection. Now I do not know if this problem is ISP related or router related.

    What makes it worse is that I am running a small IRC server on the LAN here which is linked to another external IRC server on the Internet and when the IP address changes the link between the 2 servers is severed. Is there any thing else I can set in Tomato to ensure the PPoE connection remains up?
