I was wondering why Tomato and other firmwares don't save configuration as text files like XML or even INI.

It was really annoying to have to reenter the configuration only because the router is different model...

Perhaps there are tools for this? A text file should also allow for import of parts of the config like port forwards.

In any case it would be nice to at least export, import a pages cfg...

    Otherwise love the firmware.

Hello sorry to interrupt, i had a question on the build for my linksys e3200. I've noticed on the build size was 7.2 or something like that is that right? compared to shibby's build it is 2 mb smaller anyways if that is right size great if not let me know(7.2 mb). Just downloading it gave me a virus I was able to recover from that ordeal but let me know if I have the right firmware/tomato-E3200USB-NVRAM60k....SR2Toastman-RT-N-Ext.bin I really don't use VPN or VLAN as of now.
