I've just installed Tomato 1.14(1.14.1288), I decided to go from DDWRT to tomato to get the bandwidth monitoring function and I can't seem to get it to work right.

I've setup a share on my windows PC, gave a user full control of the share. I've tested this from other PC's and the user has full rights.

I put the share name in CIFS 1, with the username and password. It seems to connect as it shows the disk space and the amount of disk space free. But when I change to save history location to CIFS 1 it doesn't work. Nothing is saved to the directory, and only real time bandwidth works.

I erased the NVRAM and resetup everything but still have the exact same issue.

If I leave the bandwidth set to RAM all the monitoring seems to work right.

Hopefully someone can help me with this...

can you post the syslog error ? Try to setup the share to give "everyone" full control. Be sure to enable "Create New File / Reset Data".

Thanks... I guess I was having a major brain fart..

The issue was Create New File / Reset Data check box. I assumed this would just be for reseting the data and not needed for first setup. I guess I was wrong.

    Thanks for the help.
