Does that thing have a wireless client mode?

Basically, I have a network that uses WRT54G as the router, (soon to be used only as a switch while connected to a Linux PC router), and one floor up, I have a HP 4100N Laser printer with ethernet port. The problem is it is not possible to run a cable up to it. So, I need to connect it to something that will connect to the wireless network. I was wondering if my old "BEFW11S4 V4" could be that something, or if I needed to pay money for a better something.

If my old router can't do it, what would be the cheapest and smallest thing to get that can connect to my WRT54G as a client, and into which I can plug my network printer?
